All boat rentals require a waiver of liability and credit card authorization for damage or excessive cleaning/ missing items. The $200 pontoon deposit is a reservation deposit and reverts to an operational deposit upon contract and departure. The $50 fishing boat deposit is the same as above.

All boats are to be returned in the same condition as when they left the dock at Fisherman Cove. Cleaning charges may apply.

Charges apply for late return of any boat rental.

All boat operators are expected to know the Indiana Boating Rules and Regulations.

**Deposits are returned at the end of the rental period provided boat is returned clean and in satisfactory condition. If any part of the boat is damaged or abused, Fisherman Cove retains the right to withhold part or all of the deposit.

Shop Hours are: 8:00-6:00 (subject to change for holidays, back to school, etc.)

1/2 day = 5 hours, 8:00-1:00 or 1:00-6:00
Full day = 9 hours (pontoons), 10 hours (fishing boats)
Week = 6 1/2 days
